Streaming-hour limits apply to free, non-transactional streams only. Paid views (TVOD / SVOD) never count towards the limit. Transactional streaming is always uncapped.

Two completely separate things. (1) Your monthly subscription (£12 / £60 / £185 / Custom) is what you pay Hiway for the platform: storage, streaming, screener rooms, CRM, the lot. Flat fee, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. (2) The transaction fee only applies when you sell something through Hiway (a film rental, a ticket, a season pass). On those viewer transactions, Hiway takes a flat 10% and you keep 90%, minus a payment processing fee taken as payments land in your bank account.

Always. Every viewer who watches through Hiway is captured in your CRM and you can export the data any time. We never sell or share it.
Overages are billed at £0.02 / GB / month for storage and £0.04 / GB for streaming (within our fair-use policy). You'll see overage warnings in the dashboard before they hit. If you're consistently over, upgrade to the next tier, usually cheaper than rolling overages.
Syndication on Hiway is open. Connect any destination your rights agreements allow: platforms, partner sites, branded channels. We're not a curated storefront and don't lock you into a pre-negotiated partner list. Endpoint limits scale by tier (5 on Solo, 25 on Studio, 100 on Premiere, custom on Enterprise).
